After android 4.2, only system app can get CHANGE_CONFIGURATION permission. (Changed by Google).
This app need this permission to change language.

Hi Myanmar change settings because no english speaking
Please help me change Myanmar
After granting permission it messed up my phone, unable to unlock the phone. Unlock screen keeps flashing on and off with no way of getting into the phone. After a long struggle i managed to boot into recovery and reset my phone. Because i was sure another app was causing this i completely re-installed but after installing SuperLocale and directly after granting the permission the same thing happened again making me have to start all over again….
